When your policyholder is displaced, we have a variety of property options that are handicapped accessible and/or pet friendly that are ready for them within minutes of their home.
Hotel stays add up quickly, so we start working when your call comes in to find the right place for your policyholder – always keeping in mind the individual needs of the family. We provide them with at least 3 homes of like kind and quality within days of receiving the first notice of loss.
With HSC (Housing Source Computation) our proprietary software, we will relocate your policyholder under budget and above expectation
