What Hotels do you offer?

Any and every hotel – our first priority is to make sure you are staying at a hotel close to home. After that, we ensure that all of your family’s needs are taken care of at said hotel – i.e. you need a kitchen, you have pets, handicap friendly.

What about my pet?

We always make sure to include your furry friend. We know that your pets are a part of the family, so we won’t ever leave them behind.

Do you offer rooms with a kitchen?

Yes, if you prefer a hotel room with a kitchen we will make that happen.

Does the hotel go on my credit card?

Depending on when we get called in, the hotel may start on your credit card. Once we take over and you sign our payment authorization form, we move the hotel over to our credit card and take over all of the charges for you.

How does the check in / out process work?

You check in and check out as your normally would, the only difference is that we put the hotel charges on a Home Source credit card, so the only expense you’d be responsible for are any incidentals that occurred during the stay.

Can I choose my own hotel?

Yes, we take suggestions if there is a hotel that you prefer to stay at.

Am I able to switch hotels if the chosen one is not working out?

Yes, we want you and your family to be as comfortable as possible and if that means switching hotels then we will help you do so.

How many rooms does my family get?

We never put more than 4 people in a bedroom, so with that in mind we will give you as many rooms as your family needs to be comfortable.
